As you know, it is so important to establish vision and strategic projections for the local church, so that all of the members walk together in one accord.

For years pastors have successfully taught, preached, trained, ministered and counseled membership until they found themselves, in most cases depleted in almost every area.

Refining Word Ministry was birthed to help strengthen the hands of pastors by assisting them in fulfilling all that's in their heart.

My staff at Refining Word Ministries has answered the call of God to go into churches, by invitation of the senior pastor only, and present Biblical Principles that strengthen leadership as well as lay members.

God has blessed and anointed us with many years of pastoral experience, a vast exposure to large, medium and small church settings, and has given me the opportunity to cross denominational and racial lines, in order to make a difference in the lives of people in the local church on the behalf of the senior pastor.
